TransUnion is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the EVP of Product Engineering. You will manage calendars, prepare leadership materials, and coordinate priorities to ensure executive readiness and effective decision-making.

This remote role may require occasional in-person attendance at events. You will collaborate with a global team, coordinate with leadership, and supervise one direct report to uphold high-quality executive support across the function.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leaders.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Provide executive administrative and operational support to the EVP of Product Engineering.
• Prepare executive updates, presentations, and leadership materials for decision-making.
• Coordinate priorities, leadership routines, and action tracking across the Product Engineering leadership team.
• Manage high-priority activities and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to one direct report to ensure consistent support.
