Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an experienced executive administrator to provide high-level support to the EVP of Product Engineering. You will prepare leadership materials, coordinate events and meetings, and help manage the leadership team’s priorities with discretion and clear communication.

The role requires 5+ years of senior-level support, a Bachelor’s degree, and expert use of Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) plus AI productivity tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to the EVP of Product Engineering.
• Prepare leadership materials, updates, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Coordinate priorities, leadership routines, communications, and action tracking.
• Coach and guide one direct report to maintain high-quality executive support.
