TransUnion LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Specialist to support the EVP of Product Engineering and the leadership team. You will coordinate calendars, prepare leadership materials, and manage high-priority initiatives with discretion and strategic insight.

The role emphasizes executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship to a direct report. Remote work is available with occasional in-person events at management discretion.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leaders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Provide high-level executive administrative and operational support to the EVP of Product Engineering.
• Prepare executive updates, presentations, and leadership materials.
