Job summary

Trivium is seeking a sharp Executive Assistant to support the CEO directly in a fast-growing luxury automotive customization company. This remote, US-based role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can manage calendars, communications, and a remote team while the CEO focuses on growth.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, with compensation of $70,000–$85,000 per year plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting a CEO/executive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build systems, SOPs, and organizational processes from scratch
• Comfortable coordinating a remote team and managing executives' calendars

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and priorities
• Handle inbox management with a proactive approach
• Draft and manage correspondence, client updates, and follow-ups
• Prepare briefing notes and agendas for meetings
• Oversee a remote team of 5–6 members and summarize performance reports
• Create and implement SOPs, workflows, and organizational systems
• Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and financial admin tasks
