Job summary

Trivium, a fast-growing luxury automotive customization company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO directly. This remote role requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will act as the bridge between the CEO and the team, owning calendars, communications, and key operations. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage a remote team, implement SOPs, coordinate travel, and help drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or executive
• Proven ability to build systems, SOPs, and organizational processes from scratch
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's calendar, email, and correspondence with a zero-inbox mindset
• Coordinate a remote team of 5–6 members and track performance
• Develop SOPs and implement workflows for scalable operations
• Manage travel, expenses, and financial coordination
• Support budgeting and prepare briefing notes for meetings
