Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a senior account leader to strategically manage top customers, driving growth and profitability across the portfolio. You will own the P&L, build trusted executive relationships, and coordinate with sales teams to expand opportunities and ensure client success.

You’ll shape demand, lead with industry expertise, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining a strong, trusted reputation across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience running account P&L and owning outcomes.
• Travel and transportation industry expertise.
• Strong grasp of business and technology trends and best practices.
• Experience managing the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, cost control, profitability, trends and risks.
• Open-minded, empathetic approach in customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain key accounts.
