Kyndryl is seeking a senior Account Leader to redefine relationships with our most significant customers in the U.S. You will act as the strategic architect, building trusted connections with C-suite executives and bringing Kyndryl's global capabilities to solve complex business challenges.

In this high-impact role, you will drive growth, expand scope, own the P&L, and lead cross-functional teams from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience running account P&L.
• 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain key accounts.
• Expand scope and introduce new offerings to clients.
• Maximize renewals while minimizing erosion.
• Own the account P&L and ensure client satisfaction and compliance.
