Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
• 7+ years of experience managing the end-to-end sales process.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
• Open minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
• Expand scope by identifying new opportunities and expanding into larger capabilities.
• Maximize renewals and upsell to maximize account value.
• Own the P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrity and account compliance.
