Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Manager - Execution Planning to lead preconstruction, planning, risk management, and coordination from estimating to operations. This role ensures a seamless handoff between phases and coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and client negotiations. Located across multiple U.S.

office locations, the role may be remote with travel to project sites. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in renewables/construction, a related degree, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience with 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in Preconstruction and renewables construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, schedules, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise all assigned projects during preconstruction up to hand off to operations.
• Mentor direct reports and oversee project deliverables and targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and internal teams; communicate progress and risks.
• Support procurement, estimating, and engineering to align on project plans and budgets.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with terms and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain preconstruction documents and risk registers.
