Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Manager - Execution Planning to oversee preconstruction and planning, risk management, and the transition from estimating to operations. This role coordinates with Legal, Commercial, Estimating, and Procurement teams to ensure a smooth project handoff and successful subcontract management.

The position supports locations across multiple offices, with potential for remote work and travel to field sites.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 5-7 years relevant experience with 2 years of Project Management experience required.
• Experience in Preconstruction required; renewables industry construction and contract negotiations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise preconstruction activities up to handoff to operations.
• Mentor assigned direct reports and oversee project deliverables.
• Lead client relationships and coordinate with Estimating, Procurement and Engineering.
• Support contract negotiations and coordination across departments.
• Prepare monthly reports and cost-to-complete updates for leadership.
