Job summary

Arrowfly is seeking an Events Manager to own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multiple events across our portfolio—conferences, expos, forums, and customer experiences—that advance business objectives and drive audience engagement.

The role blends strategic thinking with operational precision and creative execution. This is a remote position with regular overnight travel for live events and team functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of live events production experience.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing or applicable field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; vendor negotiation; stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel frequently for onsite events.
• Strong budgeting, contract and timeline management, run-of-show coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of multiple events aligned with goals, brand standards and audience needs.
• Maintain detailed event plans, timelines and checklists for flawless execution.
• Coordinate logistics for live events: signage, food & beverage, on-site operations and room blocks.
• Build relationships with venues, suppliers, speakers and services; negotiate contracts.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Editorial, Design and Events to integrate programming.
• Lead on-site management and real-time problem solving during activation.
• Measure performance with analytics and post-event reporting to optimize ROI.
