Job summary

Poolside is seeking an Events Lead to own worldwide events—from conferences to developer activations—managing booth design, materials, swag, logistics, vendors, and the run-of-show. You will ensure every poolside team member traveling to an event is organized, briefed, and set up to make an impact.

This role is based in the US and requires on-ground leadership. You'll work across marketing, sales, product, developer relations, and leadership to turn a calendar of events into measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event planning and execution, including conferences or product launches with large audiences.
• Based in the US, able to lead complex, high-stakes events on the ground here.
• Detail-oriented with run-of-show docs, vendor management, A/V coordination, and travel prep.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire show from budget to booth design, swag, A/V, on-site ops and run-of-show.
• Ensure traveling teams are organized, briefed and prepared to perform at events.
• Connect events to targets: attendance, pipeline, model usage, and content reach, proving ROI.
