Job summary

Arrowfly is seeking an Events Manager to own end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multiple events across our portfolio, including conferences and forums. The role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and comfort with events technology in a fast-paced environment.

The position is remote with regular overnight travel for live events and team functions, and offers a competitive salary with health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of live events production experience.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Expert at managing multiple workstreams—budgets, contracts, timelines, floor plans, run-of-show.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to negotiate with vendors and lead on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of multiple events from conception to execution.
• Maintain detailed event plans, timelines and run-of-show materials.
• Coordinate venue logistics including signage, catering, A/V and room blocks.
• Negotiate contracts with venues and vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Editorial teams to integrate programming.
• Measure performance through analytics and post-event reporting.
