Job summary

BoomPop, Inc. is seeking an experienced Event Manager to design, plan, and execute 8–12 client events simultaneously from a fully remote home office.

You will manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and client communications to deliver outstanding experiences for top-tier clients. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in end-to-end event management, exceptional negotiation and collaboration skills, and a willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation with vendors and venues.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Excelling in project management with high task volume.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Creative and innovative planning for in-person events.
• Willing and able to travel up to 10% for onsite execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute 8–12 client events simultaneously.
• Develop detailed event strategies, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships within budget constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction.
• Educate clients on industry best practices and trends to ensure success.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive retention and referrals.
• Refine SOPs to optimize event planning processes and workflows.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, systems, and product UX.
