Opus Agency is seeking an Event Technology Project Manager (platform delivery specialist) to lead the registration and digital platform workstreams for in-person and digital events. Remote within the United States, you will partner with clients and vendors to design and deliver scalable event technology experiences, oversee configuration, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate events, strong registration management, and fluency with RainFocus and other platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a relevant event role.
• Proven registration management experience from discovery to execution.
• Experience with event tech platforms (RainFocus, Swoogo, Stova, Cvent, Eventbase, Airtable).
• Strong RainFocus experience preferred.
• Experience with group housing, session content management and lead retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a high-volume portfolio of concurrent event technology projects.
• Lead client meetings, vendors, and internal stakeholders across workstreams.
• Translate client objectives into scope documents and technical specs.
• Direct configuration specialists in building and maintaining event tech modules.
• Ensure governance, templates, testing, and delivery standards are met.
• Drive schedules, manage risks, and mitigate scope changes.
• Coordinate onsite tech logistics when required and support small to mid projects.
