Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. is recruiting a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health care via telehealth from a remote MA location. The role emphasizes treating clients through PHP/IOP frameworks with strong supervision support.

You will conduct 1:1 and group therapy, develop treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.commitment to professional growth and telehealth best practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• MA independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC) in MA.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if required.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy.
• Ability to deliver services via telehealth and virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group therapy via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and document progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians.
• Ensure safety planning and crisis response as needed.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision.
