Reporting to the Energy Market leadership, you will expand our footprint, nurture key relationships, and mentor professionals while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Proven success expanding market presence in Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Strong network with clients in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years in project, program, or market leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Build and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff to deliver high-quality solutions.
