S&ME Inc. is seeking a motivated Practice Leader for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market, flexible within the S&ME footprint.

This role focuses on expanding the market, building client partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across the energy services spectrum. The role requires a strong track record in revenue growth, client relationship management, and leadership, with PE/PMP credentials considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to reach revenue targets in the market.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with operations and expand existing client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and champion innovation.
