As an Account Representative in Virginia, you will resolve accounts for estates, working closely with attorneys and family representatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure.
• Proficient with computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Uphold information security and privacy responsibilities.
• Accurately document accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up.
• Obtain estate information and coordinate with attorneys.
