The position emphasizes day-to-day operations, process improvements, change management, and data governance to ensure compliant and sustainable ERP usage across the college.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or Information Technology with two years of ERP-related experience; or high school diploma with four years progressively responsible ERP, analytical, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• ERP Coordination and Operations: monitor daily functional use and alignment with workflows.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with ERP vendors and coordinate feature updates.
• Release and Configuration Management: plan, test, and implement ERP releases and config changes.
• Training and User Support: develop training materials and assist onboarding of ERP users.
• Process Improvement and Change Management: identify opportunities to optimize ERP usage and align business processes.
• Data Integrity and Reporting Support: promote consistent data entry and assist with audits and reporting needs.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Education
