Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to keep ERP, WMS, and connected workflows accurate, documented, and moving in a fully remote U.S.-based role. You will support users, maintain configuration, reconcile transactions, and handle corrections across Acumatica, Logiwa, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, WMS, inventory, or other integrated operational systems.
• Solid understanding of inventory movement across purchasing, receiving, transfers, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills tracing transactions across systems and identifying root causes.
• Exceptional accuracy handling configuration, imports, reconciliations, and corrections.
• Ability to manage recurring work and escalate risk when needed.
• Experience creating reports, SOPs, or system documentation that others can use.
• Clear, patient communication with technical and nontechnical users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approved ERP/WMS configuration and master data (products, vendors, locations, users, order types).
• Execute controlled imports, bulk updates, reports, notifications, and recurring System administration tasks.
• Provide backup coverage across Acumatica, Logiwa, and connected systems; support testing and releases.
• Reconcile inventory and transactions across systems, reports, and warehouse records.
• Investigate exceptions across orders, receipts, transfers, shipments, and inventory.
• Complete controlled corrections ensuring no downstream issues.
• Provide first-line user support and document issues by category (systems, data, integrations).
• Maintain logs, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and system records.
• Reinforce approved workflows and source-of-truth expectations with users.
• Monitor exception queues, elevate high-risk patterns, and collaborate with the Operations Systems Lead.
• Perform corrections without becoming the permanent cleanup owner; teams remain accountable.
