Job summary

OEC is seeking an ERP Finance Systems Analyst to bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology. You will optimize ERP environments, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements that support GL, AP, AR, and related workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business systems analysis or ERP support with strong Finance/Accounting process knowledge. NAV is preferred; other Dynamics platforms are welcomed. Strong SQL or data-analysis skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP applications, including requirements, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or data migrations is a plus.
• NAV experience preferred; other Dynamics platforms considered (BC, GP, Serenic Navigator).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to understand processes, identify improvements, and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Support ERP configurations, enhancements, workflows, troubleshooting, and ongoing application improvements.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements and partner with IT, developers, and vendors on solutions.
• Support Finance and Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, purchasing/procurement, financial reporting, reconciliations, and related workflows.
• Lead or support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, data migration, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
