Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year working experience related to ERP functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the IT application owner and primary technical liaison for ERP modules.
• Analyzes business requirements and translates them into ERP solutions.
• Supports ERP configuration, system administration, workflows, and validations.
• Troubleshoots complex ERP issues with technical teams and vendors.
• Collaborates with architects, developers, and partners to design ERP solutions.
• Leads ERP implementation workstreams from discovery to post-implementation support.
• Develops and executes ERP test scenarios and coordinates user acceptance testing.
• Participates in ERP roadmap planning, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Supports data quality, governance, and reporting needs for ERP data.
