Job summary

Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) seeks an ERP Business Process Analyst to analyze and optimize PeopleSoft Financials, eVA, Cardinal, and related integrations supporting budget and student financials.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system configurations, develops functional specs, and participates in testing, training materials, and user support to improve ERP functionality and data quality.

Qualifications

Experience in providing production support to end-users on PeopleSoft modules.
Experience conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional testing.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and evaluate PeopleSoft Financials and related integrations.
Serve as SME for financial business processes and translate needs into configurations.
Develop functional specifications and support testing activities.
Prepare user documentation and training materials.
Provide second-level application support for ERP finance issues.
Support ERP modernization and data quality initiatives.
