Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP/SIS/CRM) in higher education or similar.
• Willingness to work some weekends or nights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation, maintenance, planning, and user support for the Key ERP portfolio.
• Provide project management and cross-team collaboration across functional and technical staff.
• Translate technical concepts for end-users and business needs; connect colleagues across divides.
• Create local documentation and provide high-level end-user training.
• Plan enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance in collaboration with campus teams.
• Assess current use and test software upgrades to meet evolving needs.
• Attend training and conferences to stay current on best practices.
• Ensure data integrity, secure access, and compliant integrations.
• Support end-users to improve efficiency and ease of use.
• Promote strong user experience aligned with branding guidelines.
