Job summary
Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation for higher education clients. You will lead strategy, governance, optimization, and ERP operations, partnering with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions.
You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, oversee upgrades and integrations, and champion standardized processes, change management, and performance metrics to support the long-term technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
- 8+ years ERP systems experience including leadership.
- 3+ years people management in higher education.
- Experience with enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and education processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Oversee administration, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to standardize processes and drive adoption.
