Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and transformation. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, partnering with college leaders, IT, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions that support campus goals.

You will oversee governance, upgrades, integrations, and security while driving process standardization and user adoption across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 8+ years of ERP systems experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years of people management experience in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar in higher education.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and risk management for enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage vendors, contracts, and budgets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Establish application governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee the administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and related apps.
• Direct testing, release management, change management, and deployment activities.
• Drive organizational change management and user adoption efforts for ERP initiatives.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
