Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, optimization, and support ERP for higher education customers.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions while directing a team of analysts and technical resources.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence and a forward-looking technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts for diverse customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, governance, and standards.
• Oversee ERP upgrades, patches, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing ERP team of analysts and technical staff.
• Collaborate with executives and business leaders to drive process standardization and technology innovation.
