Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation for higher education clients. You will shape ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support, directing a team of analysts and technical staff to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions.

You’ll partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to drive process standardization, system adoption, and a long-term technology roadmap while balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management in higher education IT.
Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
Knowledge of governance, security, and risk management for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for multiple customers.
Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Lead ERP transformations from planning to deployment and support.
Mentor ERP analysts and technical resources; develop team goals and development plans.
Collaborate with business leaders to drive process improvement and technology innovation.
Manage ERP upgrades, patches, integrations, and system enhancements.
Monitor system health and user adoption to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with executives to align ERP with organizational strategy.
