Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead the enterprise ERP strategy for higher education clients. This role drives transformation, governance, and ongoing optimization across the ERP landscape.
You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, align roadmaps with business goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership roles.
- 3+ years of people management in higher education.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
- Develop and manage the ERP strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance.
- Mentor and develop ERP analysts and technical resources.
- Oversee ERP platforms, integrations, testing, deployments, and upgrades.
- Drive business process standardization, automation, and change management.
