Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, optimization, and support of ERP across higher education clients. You will guide a team of analysts and technical resources and ensure enterprise applications align with customer goals and long-term technology roadmaps.

Partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and support in education.
• Strong governance, security, and risk management knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Manage ERP roadmap and collaborate with executives and business stakeholders.
• Lead and develop ERP analysts and technical teams.
