First Roles seeks a Willow Inpatient Analyst to design, configure, test, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory for retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows in a remote United States setting.

The role requires an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, plus Epic Willow Inpatient certification. You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Revenue Cycle, and IT to ensure stable medication workflows and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or working with IT on system development/implementation.
• Epic Willow Inpatient certification is required/advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality for retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows.
• Analyze retail pharmacy workflows and translate needs into Epic configuration for efficiency and scalability.
• Support full retail medication lifecycle: prescription intake, dispensing, charging, inventory, and POS integrations.
• Perform routine system maintenance, incidents, and enhancements in a production retail pharmacy environment.
• Collaborate with Retail Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle, and IT to ensure dependable workflows.
