Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a healthcare technology client, seeks an Epic Willow Analyst to translate pharmacy operations into detailed requirements for Epic Willow and Sentri 7 Pharmacy IT systems. The role blends inpatient and ambulatory workflows, with remote work across the U.S. and preference for Eastern/Central time zones.

The analyst will own the BA deliverables, drive sessions, and support UAT and post‑go‑live stabilization, in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

5–7 years of pharmacy systems analysis experience.
Epic Willow (Pharmacy) Certification is required.
Ability to elicit and document requirements and produce build-ready artifacts.
Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders and technical teams.
Proficient in Google Workspace; able to work remotely with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary BA for Epic and Sentri 7 Pharmacy IT Applications Owner.
Translate operational needs into clear requirements, designs, and deliverables.
Lead structured working sessions to raise engagement and track decisions.
Elicit and validate pharmacy initiative requirements across inpatient (80%) and ambulatory (20%).
Support UAT planning and testing with SME oversight, including defect tracking and stabilization docs.
