ManpowerGroup is seeking an Epic Willow Consultant to join a Pharmacy IT initiative. This remote, US-only role focuses on translating pharmacy operations into clear, build-ready requirements and delivering SME-level oversight across Epic Willow workflows.

You will lead requirements elicitation, document test-ready artifacts, support UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Epic Willow is required, with 5–7 years of related experience and strong

Competenze

5–7 years of experience in pharmacy business systems analysis or a related pharmacy-focused technical role.
Epic Willow Certification is required.
Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements, facilitate working sessions, and produce clear, build-ready, and test-ready artifacts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate between operational pharmacy stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet/Chat) and the ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fully remote setting.

Mansioni

Serve as the primary Business Analyst for the Epic and Sentri 7 Pharmacy IT Application Owner, translating operational and technical needs into clear requirements, deliverables, and design artifacts.
Increase stakeholder awareness and engagement through structured working sessions, consistent documentation, and timely decision tracking.
Elicit, document, and validate comprehensive pharmacy initiative requirements across inpatient (80%) and ambulatory (20%) workflows, including workflow, data, and reporting impacts.
Provide SME-level oversight through project phases by clarifying requirements, resolving ambiguity, surfacing risks/issues early, and escalating concerns appropriately.
Support UAT planning and execution with application SME oversight, including test script development, defect capture/triage, contingency planning, and post-go-live stabilization documentation.
