enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications. You will conduct business and systems analysis, define and document requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues by collaborating with end users to ensure workflows meet clinical needs.

The role requires 3 years of Epic systems administration, experience with Epic Ambulatory, and an Epic Application Certification.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic-related systems administration experience.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analyses.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to standardize workflows.
• Manages small to mid-size projects and updates stakeholders.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve problems.
