Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and assist end users to resolve issues.

You will work on small to medium projects, document workflows, provide end-user guidance, and maintain training materials. Travel 0-25% as needed and comply with HIPAA and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Performs workflow analysis and documents accordingly.
• Configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
