Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications. You will conduct business analysis, define requirements, and document solutions while communicating with end users to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include planning and testing Epic configurations, maintaining documentation, and supporting small to mid-size projects. A focus on user experience and problem resolution is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analysis.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-users to resolve issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects, updating stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
