enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business analysis, requirements documentation, and design workflows to meet end-user needs.

You will collaborate with end-users, maintain documentation, and drive small-to-medium projects. A strong focus on problem resolution, user training, and communication is required.

Qualificações

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience.
• Epic Ambulatory experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, build, test, and support Epic software.
• Analyze and determine system requirements and specifications.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users and resolve issues.
