Qualifications

• Four (4) years of work experience in related areas; Epic certification required or will be required to certify.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors for third-party application integration and support.
• Solve incidents and problems per service levels and standards.
• Serve as PM and complete PM functions for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to best practices for configuration and deployment.
