Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, business, or related field is required.
• Epic certification on one or more Epic applications is preferred or required in some roles.
• Four (4) years of work experience in related areas or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs to support business needs.
• Partner with external vendors for third-party applications integration and support.
• Solve incidents and problems per service levels and standards.
• Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams; oversee testing and quality reviews.
