Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Senior IT Analyst for Epic MyChart and patient experience applications. You will build and configure MyChart questionnaires, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck‑in workflows, collaborating with clinical operations, Compliance, Privacy, and HIM to protect patient access and consent decisions.
This role is fully remote with some on-site presence required yearly, 40 hours/week, and requires Epic MyChart certification.
Formación
- Epic MyChart certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
- Four (4) years of work experience in related areas or pursuing a Bachelor's with six years of experience.
- Will certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.
Responsabilidades
- Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs.
- Partners with external vendors for third‑party applications and integration.
- Lead mid-size projects with multiple teams and perform PM functions.
- Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts for system verification.
- Mentor peers and contribute to best practices for configuration and deployment.
