Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an IT Applications Support Specialist to plan, design, implement, maintain, and optimize health IT systems (EHR, scheduling, billing, PACS, HIM, interoperability). The position is fully remote with some onsite presence for meetings and training.

Preferred Epic certifications (EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere, ROI, Identity) and experience in stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, or related field.
• Two years of work experience in a related information technology area.
• Epic certification desirable (EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere, ROI, HIM).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to stakeholders by analyzing problems and determining resolutions.
• Translate requirements into design and development specifications and support product management.
• Configure, test, install, and maintain complex systems and applications.
• Collaborate with vendors for third-party integrations and support.
