OCHIN is seeking an Epic Solutions Analyst PB/PB Claims Maintenance to leverage deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has extensive Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims experience, strong communication abilities, and a proactive, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

Certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims.
5+ years as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst; 3+ years in Epic PB module build preferred.
Strong communication with both business and technical teams.
Integrity, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
Proactive, self-motivated, solution oriented.
Relocation, travel, or assessment details may apply; competency assessment required prior to team interview.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and deploy Epic PB/Res PB Solutions per specs and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure system performance.
Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and maintenance.
Create and optimize technical documentation for process improvements.
Build competency in technical design and system enhancements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
