Job summary

OCHIN, a national nonprofit health care technology partner, is seeking an Epic HB Claims Solutions Analyst for its Install Team. This fully remote role focuses on resolving complex HB/HB Claims issues, optimizing workflows, and aligning technical activities with business goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in Epic HB Resolute HB/HB Claims, with 3 years in HB Claims build, strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and willingness to travel up to 20%

Qualifications

• Epic HB Claims certification or proficiency required.
• Minimum 5 years as an Epic HB/ HB Claims Applications Analyst, ideally 3 years in HB Claims build.
• Strong communication with both application and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications; maintain clear usability documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system performance and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement and cross-functional alignment.
• Grow skills in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
