Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a Supervisor PB/PB Claims to lead, train, and motivate an Epic maintenance analyst team supporting ambulatory members. You will manage projects, provide performance feedback, and drive ongoing improvements to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims, with 3+ years in module build, and a background in Healthcare IT. This is a 100% remote role with travel for Go-Live installations as needed, offering a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Epic Application Analyst role with 1 year of supervisory experience desirable.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification is required.
• Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst experience, with ideally a minimum of 3 years of Epic Resolute module build.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Epic analysts, developing skills and measuring outcomes.
• Manage relationships with Members and Support, improving workflows and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan timelines and deliverables for annual forums and conferences.
• Onboard new staff methodically to prepare for success.
• Track team and project performance against goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the team.
