Job summary

OCHIN seeks an Epic Solutions Analyst PB/PB Claims Maintenance to optimize patient data workflows across our national network. You will resolve complex issues, align technical strategies with business goals, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between systems and care delivery.

The role requires deep Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims expertise, strong communication, and a data-driven, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims.
• 5+ years as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst; 3+ years in PB module build.
• Strong communication across technical and end users.
• Data-driven decision making and accountability.
• Proactive, self-motivated, solution oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy features per specifications with clear usability docs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing for process improvements.
• Grow skills in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
