Job summary

OCHIN is a nonprofit health care innovator with a national network, hiring for a Manager in Operations. The role leads the EHR Billing Maintenance portfolio, supervises PB/Claims and HB/Claims analysts, ensures SLA compliance, and partners with leaders to optimize projects and programs across the organization.

Candidates should have 6+ years in healthcare IT or related fields, 3+ years of supervision, and Epic Resolute certifications. The position is fully remote with nationwide travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/healthcare/health informatics or related field; equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in at least one Epic module (Resolute PB/HB, PB/HB Claims, SBO) required (more than one preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations portfolio and program, aligning projects to organizational goals.
• Manage EHR Billing Maintenance teams (PB/Claims, HB/Claims) and ensure SLA achievement.
• Develop actionable plans, drive process improvements, and mentor staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred

Certification in one of Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, SBO
