Job summary

BetterHealth A Planned Parenthood Partnership is seeking an Epic Analyst focused on PB Claims. You will design, implement, and support the Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims & Electronic Remittance application, translating affiliate needs into system configurations.

The role requires 1–2 years of Epic experience, Epic Resolute certification is preferred, and collaboration with affiliates to optimize workflows. Remote work with occasional travel may be required as needed by Epic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration certification is preferred.
• 1–2 years of Epic experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and analyze workflows with end-users across affiliates.
• Configure and test Epic PB Claims to meet operational needs.
• Support upgrades, modules, and system enhancements.
• Lead communication with Epic representatives and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and end-user support.
