The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Epic Application Analyst roles with supervisory experience, familiarity with PB/Resolute, and Excel proficiency. This is a fully remote position supporting a national network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Epic Application Analyst role with supervisory experience preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Epic analysts and manage performance.
• Develop workflows and improve incident response for Go-Live support.
• Coordinate with Help Desk and Product teams on integration issues.
• Ensure SLAs and performance metrics are met across the team.
• Document processes, training materials, and build specifications.
