Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an Epic Billing Application Analyst to join the Epic Product Team. You will contribute to strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Resolute suite, providing subject‑matter expertise in HB and PB, and supporting organizational initiatives.

You will build and deploy solution features, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across departments to enable successful implementations and timely payor, billing, and A/R processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute Applications Analyst (HB/PB).
• Current certification in the assigned Epic application(s) Resolute Hospital Billing and Resolution Professional Billing is required.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Demonstrated experience in system application build.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features per specs; document for usability and future reference.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation for process improvement.
